About The System
Render is a coating which is applied to the exterior wall of the building, it protects the underlying substrate and provides a water-resistant layer, reducing chance of water ingress and algae growth. Rendering is also a great way to improve or update the appearance of the property.
Types Of Render
Silicone Render
Widely used render coating which resists cracking, is highly water-repellent and dirt resistant, offering elements of self-cleaning.
Acrylic Render
A pre-made render which can be pre-coloured with any pigments to produce a lively finish; consisting of acrylic/polymer ingredients.
Monocouche
A cement-based render, requiring only one layer of the coat on most substrates, but a 2 coat is recommended. This can be applied with a hand trowel or sprayed on.
Lime Render
A pre-made render which can be pre-coloured with any pigments to produce a lively finish; consisting of acrylic/polymer ingredients.
